At O SEA, we don't hire team members necessarily with the most experience or with the longest resume. Rather, we hire team members who can demonstrate to us that they care for themselves and for their peers. It's a really important belief of ours and it drives everything we do in the restaurant - you gotta care. Believe it or not, many of our longest tenured team members had never worked in a restaurant before joining us!

We can teach all of our team members how to provide warm service to our guests and the in's and out's of product. But, we believe that caring is an attribute that one either has or doesn't have.  If you care, we'll teach you the rest!
